CNR confirmed to OSShD that for container block trains in both directions via the border crossings at Alashankou, Manzhouli, Erlian, Suifenhe or Khorgos, the use of the standardized CIM/SMGS waybill is allowed. The change was introduced on 1 May, 2017.
